Authorized Payer
As of June 30, 2026, Authorized Payer replaces Guest Access for viewing and paying bills online.
Authorized Payers are individuals, such as parents, guardians, or other trusted parties, who have been granted access to view student account information and make payments on the student's behalf. Students can add, update, or remove Authorized Payers at any time through the student account portal.
To protect student privacy and comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø can only share student account information with individuals authorized by the student.
How to Login as an Authorized Payer
Once a student has added you as an Authorized Payer, you will receive an email with instructions to complete your registration and create your login credentials
To access the Authorized Payer portal:
- Go to the page.
- Enter your Login Name and Password.
- Select Sign In.
If you have forgotten your Login Name or Password, select Forgot Login Name or Forgot Password on the Authorized Payer Login page and follow the prompts to recover your account or reset your password.
Important: Authorized Payers must sign in through the page. Your login credentials are separate from the student's ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø NetID and cannot be used to access the student account portal.
How Students can add an Authorized Payer

Login to using your NetID and password.
The Student Homepage appears. Click the Account and Payments tile.

Click View or Pay Tuition Bill in the left navigation menu, followed by Connect to QuikPAY.
If the left navigation menu is not shown, click the icon with two vertical bars to open it.

Select Authorized Payers on left hand side

Select Add New

Enter First Name, Last Name and Authorized Email

Save:
Authorized Payer will receive an email from noreply@campuscommerce.com asking them to register their email. During registration, the Authorized payer will create their username and password as well as setup two Authentication Questions.
