Identity and Social Consciousness
ϳԹ believes a diverse student body ultimately leads to more thoughtful world-leaders. The Partnership Office supports efforts at ETHS and ϳԹ that work to achieve a welcoming and inclusive environment for students of all races and ethnicities, accessibilities, genders and sexualities.
Our social consciousness series is important in that it establishes a sense belonging for groups that have been historically “othered.””

Women's Empowerment Conference
A full day workshop for seniors at ETHS who identify as women, trans, and non-binary to come together and discuss topics around gender and identity.
Black Men Lead
A collective of Black male students from ETHS, ϳԹ, and the community.
NEERA
A ϳԹ center that supports research of social science issues and disseminates that scholarship within the community.
